IS THE ITEM I WANT IN STOCK?
We use a real-time inventory control system on our site. Any item that has an “add to cart” button is in stock, ready to ship from our warehouse.
WHEN WILL MY ITEM ARRIVE?
We ship within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. All shipments are made from Los Angeles, CA and average transit times are 2-3 business days for the Western States, 3-4 Central States and 5-6 for the East Coast.
WHAT IS THE ORDER DEADLINE FOR DELIVERY BEFORE CHRISTMAS?
The last day you can order for guaranteed delivery by our regular ground service is 12/16 for the continental United States. We do suggest you order as soon as possible as we run out of many items as we get closer to the holiday.
WHAT IF THE PERSON DOES NOT LIKE THE ITEM?
No problem! All orders placed in November & December qualify for our extended money back guarantee and may be returned until 1/31/2014. Please contact us by toll free phone or email by 1/20/2014 for a return number and complete instructions.
CAN I ORDER BY PHONE?
While you can call us toll-free for product information or for order related questions, we do not take phone orders at this time. This is due to our inventory system that deducts your item from our inventory as soon as you place your online order.
WILL THE ITEM FIT THE VEHICLE OF THE PERSON I AM GIVING IT TO?
All of our items are universal fit and are designed to fit on the vast majority of passenger vehicles. Seat Covers will not fit vehicles with armrests or seat belt shoulder harnesses built directly into the seat. Of course, in the unlikely event an item will not work, it is returnable.
IS IT SAFE TO ORDER ONLINE?

WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?
Great news! We are currently running a shipping promotion of $4.99 Standard Ground Shipping on all orders to a street address with the continental United States.
Shipping charges for AK,HI,PR and APO addresses can be found on our "Shipping Rates" page. We do not ship outside the USA.
AN ITEM I WANT TO ORDER SHOWS OUT OF STOCK, WILL IT BE BACK IN BEFORE THE HOLIDAYS?
This is hard to answer as we receive new merchandise every day. Please keep an eye on the product page and if does not come back in stock, the order button for the item will return.
WILL IT GET ORDER TRACKING INFORMATION?
Yes, you will receive an email order confirmation containing a link to check status on your order. We will also email you when your order status is updated. Orders marked “under review” are being reviewed due to the credit card billing address or CCV code not matching. Please call or email us if this does not change in 24 hours and you have not heard from us.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
